I have lived here for almost a year now, and I really like the place.
Nothing was ever really wrong with my apartment, so I didn't have much of a chance to call maintenance.
When I first moved in there were some roaches, but with a good cleaning and pest control, they were gone and I never saw them again.
The only bad thing about the apartments is the area; not really a good area, but the apartment complex is safe and I've never seen or heard anything.
I love my apartment, the washer and dryer, and the landscape is well kept.
I have never had problems with the staff or my neighbors.
I walk around with my dog, and it's really nice after I come home from work.
No complaints, and overall, I would recommend this place as long as you stay within the complex and not venture out to the street surrounding it.
