DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$4 HERE. WE JUST MOVED IN AND ALREADY MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CONCERS/ ISSUES. MAINTENANCE DOES A SUCKY JOB AND THE AREA IS JUST GHETTO!! THE APTS ARE NICE BUT THE AREA IS BAD! WE CAME HOME LAST WEEKEND AND GOT OUT OF THE CAR AND ALL YOU HEAR IS GUNSHOTS. THE OFFICE REALLY DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO DO CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU'RE JUST A RENTER TO THEM MAKING THEM THEIR $$$. AS SOON AS THIS LEASE IS UP WE'RE GONE!!!! I totally agree. I came to look at the place because it looked good on paper. The person I talked to pretty much acted like I was a waste of her time, telling me they were at capacity and she had nothing to show me. I asked her for a floorplan and she basically grunted and got one out of her folder and said.."I don't do this stuff, I just do their accounting". WTF??? That left a bad taste in my mouth. Horrible first impresesion.

I have lived here for almost 3 yrs now, and it has gone down hill big time. Everyone is right, the new mgmt. sucks and does not care about you. Maint. is slow and only does enough to get bye. My car has been broken into, the playground has grafitti on it. This place went from very nice, to very very ghetto. Do not move here.
