Ironhorse has gone through multiple staff and they have poor business practices.
1. Once or twice they provided a rent bill that doubled the rent fee. I had to straighten this out.
2. They charged me over $200 in late fees because I mistakenly typed in the wrong router number on their online payment service, even though some of their staff agreed that was too excessive. I filed a complaint with better business bureau.
3. I also have termites, and twice now supposedly the exterminators have been out - with no success.
4. The neighbor across my way believes someone may be breaking into her apartment, but has gotten little help from staff.

I live at this apartment and I work in a bank. The fact that they allow you to pay your rent on line is amazing to begin with. Try living somewhere where you have to walk in the dark to drop off rent. THEY didn't mess up the bill but rather the third party that takes your rent and adds your water bill for you. Try living somewhere where you have to calculate your own rent. As far as your fees go? I was late once and the fee was $35. If your fee was over $200 then you were far later than you are leading on and are probably one of those tra-la-la people that don't know how to check their bank account or read the MICR line on your checks. Even before I worked at a bank I could read the numbers. I have not heard of termite issues so I can't speak to that but if your neighbor believes someone is continuously breaking into her apartment the staff can't do much. That is when a phone comes in handy to call local law enforcement. That's what they do. If you need help their phone # is 911 for an emergency. This review sounds like it is from one of those little spoiled girls around here who has to make it on her own with out daddy and can't figure it out.
