I really like it From: MekaG Date posted: 4/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I've only lived there about a month, but I can say my only problem so far is the gate, sometimes your remote works, sometimes it doesn't. The staff says they're ordering new parts. I've never had a problem get anything fixed, I was surprised to put in a work order and have them come out the next day. The staff is great. The tenants are wonderful, a girl above us threw a party one Saturday night, I didn't hear it at all. There's always events for the tenants. Lately I have noticed a problem with dog poop, but that is one specific tenant who lets their young children walk the dog. I log strolling thru the apartments at night, it's really peaceful, and well lit.
