I have lived here for a little over 2 years. I must say when I moved in it was a gem in phoenix, but unfortunatly much has changed since then. Now-the place is becoming run down-dirty-full of undesirable individuals who I cannot believe got passed the 'background check'. Garbage bags in the hallway-loud cars in the parking lot playing hiphop at night-the 24 hour security has now been scaled back to weekends only-the staff is not only rude but are only here to fill up the ever turning over of tenents. I have called the police 3 times due to noise and fighting around the pool area (during the work week). Dogs in every other apartment = constant barking-for hours. If this sounds appealing to you grab your 40 oz. and give them a call. I am looking to move soon.

Lived here since Mach and am amazed by the kind of low-life living here. The apartments are great on the inside but I've had to call the cops twice about my neighbors. The managment wouldn't do a dam thing. Now there is a new owner and manager. I'll see how they do and if they don't clean out the place real soon, I'll be moving before my lease is up. They're not keeping up to their part of the lease based on the noise and safety issues. My downstairs neighbor wants to go in with me on hiring a lawyer. What kind of place is this to live?

I agree with these statements. I've had problems with noisy neighbors and can't believe the low-lifes moving in. I've had my tire slashed and car broken into since being here.
