Yes they lowered rent!.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004 1 response   The comments in the last post are a troll (obviously from mgmt.) yes they lowered rent-a LOT-why you ask...so they can pack it full of undesirables who play music all night-have dogs who bark constantly and an electric gate that NEVER closes. No one with a family (unless they moved from south central) would be happy here-how the heck do you put your kids to bed when the noise - music - people in the pool ect goes on past midnight on any given tuesday-respond to that troll. It would be so easy to police this kind of behavior but a lack of 24/hr security and the attitude of-if you have a problem call the police (they told me this!!)-makes this a bad place to live.
