I agree. Car's are stollen out of a 'gated' complex. The pimps and crack whores just sit in the parking lot waiting for a resident to open the gate and they follow you in. Or, if you're on the way out, they'll do the same. I thought the higher rent was going to get a better class of people in here but I guess we've gone section 8 like the apartments on either side of us. If you want Ghetto, move on in.

I totally agree, I live here till end of March 06, I'm not renewing my lease. This place has gone downhill on a landslide. When JPI managed, my rent was appropriate and it seemed like they screened applicants. There were issues still but fewer then now. Now, I'm just fed up. I can't walk my dog in the morning without stepping in poop from someone elses dog. The grounds are terrible, they only seem to worry about the appearance of the front area by the management office. The management is horrible, I can't believe they keep their jobs. They moved a trashy couple from an apartment that they caught on fire, to right accross the hall from me. They have 2 dogs that won't ever quit barking. There are dogs without leashes everywhere. I know of 2 people that have restricted breeds and told management about them but they do nothing. I guess we just wait till someone or someone's pet gets attacked. I really can't say enough...DON'T MOVE HERE.....PERIOD!!!!
