From: bounder234 Date posted: 3/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   and I bet you thought that wine bar and the rest of the up front upgrades were for current tenants, didn't you' Yeah, you bet. Those add ons are for perspective buyers who Laramar thinks are stupid enought to put more than 25 cents down as a deposit. Another apartment project (ours) in Phoenix bites the bullet but in this case it couldn't happen to a better site than this trash pit called "The Estates". Oh, and don't believe me. Well first, don't ask the puppet office staff but take a quick peak at Laramar's web site. Then, my friends, you will get the picture.
