Got drugs' How 'bout Loud Music' Get 'em here, and more. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   You won't have to walk far to get drugs at this apartment building, You're neighbors will sell them to you. They will also smoke their stuff out in the open in the hallways, balconies, and parking lot. Great place to raise kids. Did I mention the loud thumping car stereos and loud home theater systems. I had to complain for months before one of my loud neighbors were even warned about noise, and that only after several police calls. It was a gated community until someone drove a vehicle through the main security gate. That only got fixed to the point of a car not being able to get through, but a person walking gets right through. Bars get pried out of the security gates regularly, but what does it matter anyway, thieves just climb over the walls and steal cars and smash auto windows to get at valuable items in cars. What is an apartment like' Broken windows and screens constantly, noisy neighbors, smells come right through the walls. But best of all is the pigeon poop everywhere on the stairs and sidewalks. Even though you can get fined for leaving your pets grunt on the grounds, the maintenance people ignore the pigeon poop and let it build up into piles. But, then, who picks up their dog poop anyway, it is everywhere. I went down to the game room the other day and found the door lock pried out and the door broken. That was done from inside the complex. I am not feeling to safe here anymore and I have stopped my early morning work outs due to feeling at risk of a robbery or attack. I never used to carry a weapon before, but now with all the drug traffic comming through the gate and over the wall, I am packing now! This is just some of what has degraded in the complex sine it went housing assistance. I am a good tennant here and I enjoyed living here early on, despite the cheap cabinets, but not now with all the crime that has come with housing assistance. I definitely will not be staying past my lease due to the complex managements lack of will to clean up the place, kick out the criminals, and enforce lease requirments of keeping the peace. However, if you like sex, drugs, and rock and roll, and crime with your coffee,this is your place. Enjoy!
