Being a single person I selected this place being that it was a gated community and that I would be safe. NOT at all anyone can get into this community as the gates are NOT locked or should I say anyone could just walk in. I come and continue to find flyers on my door. If you tour during the day I would suggest you walk the proper at night, yes you can do that and NO ONE will stop you as the gates are ajar 90% of the time. If the gates are NOT ajar you can just sit outside the front gate and follow anyone through to see what this place is like at night. The first thing is the lack of lighting, I will NOT walk outside my apartment once it become dark, burned out lights both around the community and in the stairwells. Be carefull.

I bet you live in the back part of this dump. You are right, gates are a joke. Mail gate hasn't been locked since Larimar took over this pit. And I agree how do you find flyers on your door when there are signs saying no soliciting. If management cared they would call whomever is leaving the flyers for restaurants, etc., and tell them the next time they distribute they are going up on trepassing charges. Of course, management would have to care.

GATED COMMUNITIES ARE A FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY! If you people think that Gated means secure, your the ones that are in for a suprise. This is Planet Earth! There is no such thing as secure. If there was then we wouldnt need the police!

Thanks for taking the time in writing a review on this property. Me and my roommate have been looking high and low for a decent place to move into. We were impress on what apartments.com had about this property, we were extremely eager to see this property this weekend. Now after reading some of the reviews here, I have to say they are off my list, and you saved me time and gas. I will look at the east valley instead. Thanks you once again.

To all you losers......... first off the gates get over it, it happens at EVERY APARTMENTS you will find. Anyone can follow someone into the gates duh what is the staff suppose to do! How about they sit outside by the gates after they are off and make sure no one follows other people through the gates........ let me tell you guys, your complaining about something that is going to happen everywhere you go! And as far as " LARIMAR " goes, this exhale99 seems to write alot of bad things about them it's funny because I've spoke to them many times and they are way nicer than the old management was. Exhale99 get a life! And to all you other complainers grow up and see reality!

To fabulous04....sorry to be so late in responding to your blantant pack of lies, but reading these "reviews" and having to live in this hell hole is, well, just too much. Let's see, fab, since you are talking about gates, care to go into the gate by the mailboxes. Have not locked, will not lock now and under this management, will not lock in the future. Hey, fab04, how about the trash and trash areas. Hey, fab04, how about all of the broken curbing. Hey, fab04, how about every letter that comes from "management" is almost perjorative in nature, be it letting me know that they are coming to spray for insects or just simply need to come inside my apt. Every letter is full of threats about what they can to you if God forbid, you don't follow their simple instructions. Hey, fab04, what happened to the care team, the bimonthly breakfasts, movie nights for the kids and things that make this a family type of property. You must be a holdover from section 8. You get a life.
