Not for us From: xxmalacoda Date posted: 3/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   The office staff was terrible and incredibly negligent. My partner passed away and I was having lots of problems with the rent (which is extremely high) and I was hoping for some comfort in the management whether it was moving me to a smaller apartment home or letting me pay the rest of the rent (only 150 dollars short). Well, I never got a call back, everytime I went into the office they said they'd get back with me, and I never heard from them. I was calling them AT LEAST 2x a day. I never got an answer, until I recieved a subpoena, and a letter of eviction. Luckily for me I had a great lawyer, or else I would've been short 5000 dollars!!! That's what the management was trying to charge me for late fees, "unpaid rent" etc. When I move in a complex, I expect my apartment to be MAINTAINED, the management to be FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEADGEABLE at the least, and I also expect them to understand life problems. I would never recommend this complex to anyone... just for the amount of service alone. Mind you, i'm not mentioning the problems I had for the whole 2 years I was there. We had 4 pest terminators come in for rats and cockroaches (HUGE COCKROACHES with claws, I'm not even joking), the A/C was down 2 months both summers, and I never EVER saw maintenance actually RESOLVE an issue. The issues were ALWAYS there. I hope other people are having a better time then I did.
