Pretty on the outside, but beware From: tygerlilygem Date posted: 4/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   My apartment here flooded 3 times when it rained, and getting maintenance to fix it was a real pain. My apartment was also broken into, and they leave the gates open or with damaged or non-existent locks for weeks at a time. They have also made multiple billing and attempted to charge me unfairly. It was always fixed, but had I not kept careful records, I would have been charged thousands of extra dollars. I will leave when my lease is up and will NOT rent here again or recommend it to anyone.
