Jefferson on Central

Going down hill From: DowntownGirl1 Date posted: 7/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   My husband and I lived at Jefferson on Central in 2001 when we first got married. We had a great one bedroom apartment close to the clubhouse, and everything was really fantastic. The office and maintenance staff was very friendly and good about helping take care of our every need. In fact, we had such a good experience that we moved back to Jefferson on Central in November of 2003. However, our second time living here hasn't been that great at all. Cars are getting broken into, walls are being tagged with graffiti, things are breaking and not getting fixed around the complex, and to top it all off - we got a notice last week that the property had been sold! So no longer does JPI manage the place, but it's some no name company from New Jersey that will be running the apartments...and they are changing the name to Emperion on Central - is Emperion even a word''' The clientel are starting to go down hill, probably because the rent dropped in price since we were last here. Needless to say, the place is going down hill - fast. We won't be renewing our lease, in fact we're trying to get out sooner.
