When I first looked at the community I fell in love with it, beautiful grounds, and apartments. Then I moved in and have been there 4 months now and regret ever moving in to Emperian. When I first moved in it took them 2 and a half months to fix a microwave and replace a light bulb. I have yet to receive an air filter in which I had called about when I first moved in. Yet maintenance keeps coming into my place and leaving the door unlocked and open. The other tenants or incredibly loud, always blasting music and having paties on their porch. In my opinion it seems like no one works in the office because no one EVER answers the phones, or maintenance calls or disturbance calls, nor do they return your calls. The only time you hear from anyone is when they decide to give you a stupid fee for something. The property is suppose to be safe, well in the period of the four months that I have lived there my car has been keyed and my tires has been slashed yet there is suppose to be cameras in the garage. There is suppose to be assigned parking, yet people are always in my spot. The sealant on the windows is gone, the walls and ceilings are coming apart and cracking. The carpet ruins every vacuum cleaner you use on it. The bathtub coat is comming off so there are stains everywhere in which you cant get out regardless of how hard you scrub, it actually makes it worse. The caucking around the base boards in the bathroom are absolutly disgusting and stained and cracked. There is always garbage everywhere. The gates are never working, there is always a problem with the lock or it closing all the way. I strongly advise not to move into this place because from what I have herd from other tenants it has gone down hill a lot within the last few years. This is a strong example of poor staff and a poor way to run a complex

i also live in this ---- HOLE, the ------- a/c wont drop below 85 deg during the day (i'm certified in hvac) I told them what was wrong with the unit also that its under sized for this size apt but they keep telling me there's nothing wrong with it.... --------......the unit never stops running, the weather strpping on doors, windows, and everywhere else if f'd up. i also have cracks in 95% of the walls in this dump that i reported on the pre move in not gonna get fixed sheet, you think after 7 months they could figure i want it fixed!!!!!!! my brand new charger got my driver side door kicked and dented by someone while i was sleeping and of course there fat ------- security guard couldnt put down the twinkie for the ten minutes my alarm goes off to maybe see if something is going on. my roomates work truck was broken into and they got about 3g worth of tools, the gate always break down (if u ride a motorcycle dont even try the gates they wont open) my aps bill in the summer is .......400........... for an apt?!!!!!!!!! my sug. buy a house its alot less headach, if u have to move into a apt dont choose this one.......mike apt 3108.....p.s. imperian ---- OFF!!!! im buying a house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
