Keep looking From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Do not rent here. There is apparently no courtesy patrol or on-site maintenance as the office claims. Recently the fire alarms in one of the buildings went off at 3am and was not turned off until 1pm the next day. So no one in the building go to sleep. The neighbors are noisy. If I have to hear my neighbor and her boyfriend fight or hear her yell at her dog one more time I'll be the one screaming. Maintenance requests are never taken care of in a timely manner. The pools are not kept up. A few months ago one of the pools was actually green. The air conditioning in the gym has been broken for at least two weeks. And no one ever answers the office phones. You can call the office 20 times in a day before you reach a person. And that's if you're lucky. The office staff keeps saying they're making improvements and hiring new maintenance staff but I haven't seen any evidence of this. This place keeps getting worse. If I wanted to live somewhere with no amneties and bad maintenance I could live somewhere else for half of the rent.
