I dont even know where to start, I had rats, I had pests, the A/C didn't work for the entire complex for almost a month. All the office offered was an open pool room until midnight with ICE.

I dont know what else to say, all of the reviews below are VERY VERY true... rent was great, I got a good deal, but management was terrible, always hounding on me for things that weren't even me, they were my neighbors.

One time they even accidentally moved someone else into MY apartment, I was walked in on several times by management and maintenance without consent... read the lease, because it does state they are allowed to do that. I haven't seen that anywhere else, but maybe I'm not looking hard enough...

Anyway, please be incredibly thorough before renting at Empirian on Central. There's a lot of hardship within the management and rumors of another sell. Which would break that complex completely.

Why has it taken you three years to post this comment from when you lived there?

They cannot just enter your apartment under any circumstances without 48 hours notice. Learn your rights, the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act is what you need to get a copy of it. I lived there, and they tried that on me, Arizona law is on your side, and their lease is not enforceable to enter without notice. If they do, you have recourse!

I am thinking about moving in this area; would you say this is a safe area to live in?

Management is allowed to enter without notice if it is an emergency which can consist of a leak in another apartment home possible coming from yours, obviously flood/fire etc. otherweise, no they can't. I'm curious as to what their reasons were?
