This is a good starter apartment, especially for college students and small families. They have some problems-including constantly turning the hot water off, but they try to compensate by allowing people to shower in the clubhouse. Beware that when you move in, they treat the carpets with a temporary stain remover and after traffic and vaccuming, big stains appear. Make sure that you list EVERYTHING wrong with the apartment on the walk through because they will pin any problems on you and take it out of your deposit when you eventually leave. They are good about fixing any maintenence problems in a timely manner so long as you report the problem immediately. With maintenence crews living on the property, you can call the imergency number at any time after office hours. All in all, these apartments are pretty unremarkable, but it is a reliable place to live.
