If you love to stay up all night with your drunken neighbor's radio and groggily try to make your way to work in the morning then this is the place you want to be! If you like to be harrassed by nasty Negros while trying to check your mail, then GIRL this is your pimp's heaven.

Children begin their screaming outside in the morning and do not stop their high pitched wails till well after dark, when the welfare wench name MA has plopped the mac n' cheese on the plate.

The management is worthless and claims that it becomes YOUR problem if you want it fixed. The Phoenix P.D. doesn't care if you need sleep, they will knock on your door anyways and tell you it's harrassment to call them on your neighbor's more than once a night. Bappity, bappity, bap.

The first week after I moved in my car was broken into and my radio and backpack stolen proper. The Slopians consider you the new Welcome Wagon, and YOUR posessions are theirs to welcome into THEIR rat holes.

My favorite incident was when on my first day of moving in, my drunken slob of a neighbor was passed out on his couch, with a beer in hand. The smell of beer permeated the air slinking out the open door, and his radio was on FULL BLAST and his favorit rap tune was skipping every 5 seconds FOR 6 HOURS STRAIGHT.

All in all if you enjoy the smell of gonja each and every time you travel the stairways, you love to be harrassed by dirty black men leering at you, and drunken neighbors trying to fight with you, then you need to move here IMMEDIATELY!

Oh no I can't believe I just read this & it's still the same way here and I have just moved in.Maybe there corporate office is the best way to go and get things straightened out.I was told there in NY.I guess I will try to fix these problems I can't continue to live this way.
