I have lived in the apartment for approximately 3 months and have had not so good experience with the management office in regards to noise levels. If you desire a quiet, serene environment with a nice babbling brook that you can actually hear, please do not move in. Stereos, drums, yelling during the "wee" hours of the morning its quite appealing to a new tennant. Management has been notified and you guessed it, nothing has been done. Spinelees is the first word I think of when I recall my experience w/ the office staff. Property Manager' Where' Haven't seen one. There's an empty office with a name plate and sign indicating "out to lunch" every time I stop by.
Overall the community needs an overhaul. Remove and replace the management team as well as some of the "choice" tennents that occupy space and create unsafe and unattractive living area.
Mostly disapponted with the lack of responsiveness to my concerns. It's as if my complaints are a bother and I'm not taken seriously. It's quite unfortunate. Definitely steer clear of this community...if that's what you can call it.

I lived there back in the '70's. Sounds like not a whole lot has changed! Other than the appearance of Negroes.
