This "apartment complex" is nothing more than a piece of crap! We have termites and cockaroaches everywhere and yet management does nothing. They jack up our rent each month and have royally screwed us over on rent three times!!! This "apartment complex" is one big day care center. There are so many damn kids here its unbelievable. If you like children throwing rocks at your window and door every single day, move here. The ac and heating suck, the water sucks, the carpet is gross!!! stain removers dont work, they leave an even bigger mess than you started with. Dont even get me started on the noise, we live on the first floor which is practically underground, and we hear so many people having sex, banging against the walls, and people stomping around. Our cars have been broken into, and parking is a damn nightmare. This is our first apartment and I can say it is so cheap, thats what brought us here, but if I had known that it would be this damn awful, I would've rather been homeless. I hate the fact that everywhere you go, you feel violated by dark skin and white eyes, and like your going to be attacked and raped. Oh and security....WHAT SECURITY!'!''!'!!' there is none, I have never seen one once! If you enjoy people looking in your windows when your home, maybe even not home, then move here. Peeping toms are constantly looking through my window! Dont even try to go to the pool because it is infested with children all the time. These kids stay up all night...DONT PARENTS GIVE THEIR KIDS A BED TIME ANYMORE'!'!' It is the most ridiculous place to live the only reason why we moved here is for the cheap rent, free utilities, and free cable. but if you dont mind gun shots, burgalors, car thefts, peeping toms, out of control children, meth labs, drug dealers, pot heads, small children who constantly scream, older children with no respect, garbage and rocks all over the complex, and tweekers outside your home. Then live here. Oh and one more thing, the so called management persons, SUCK! they are so rude and completely dont care about their tenets, They only want your money each month.

Honestly I feel your pain!!! I lived there for about a year. HORRIBLE
