LEGAL ACTION

You people need to keep in touch with each other and call the attorney general's office about the suspected illegal practices at this apartment, including getting the reports for the meth busts, etc and contact a main authority over the property management company so that they are pulled from this line of work. If you have anything that is in print from the company that shows it to be awesome and safe, and combined with crime reports or copies of the area's police beat, use it against them. Everytime you have a complaint, send it in writing certified mail returned receipt and only then, tell them verbally and keep a log. Ask them kindly to sign the log too and write when they refused. Go read your landlord and tenant act all the way through. The only reason why people like this get away with what they do is because tenants are too passive, don't read the laws and follow it to a T to protect themselves, but then later complain after they move. As things progressively get worse for you and the management continues to ignore your requests, then contact a legal aid office and get the forms needed to fill out to withhold rent and indicating the management are in breach of contract and liable for civil damages if certain work in the apartment or in the complex is not completed (certain work requires for them to act within 24 to 48 hours to replace things for instance). READ YOUR LANDLORD TENANT LAWS!!

Heck, the property management is probably making money off the drugs and are probably smuggling illegals in the apartments too. It's not uncommon for property managers to allow for it. I mean, if you do a background check and find that an 'Americanized' prospective tenant wants to rent a unit, but they already have 2 or 3 different addresses on their credit report listed as current, yet only makes 25K a year and now applying to rent from another place, then it's quite obvious that the place is intended to be use as either a drug lab or for housing illegals. Period. I've seen where a white guy rented the apartment, only for his new Mexican wife to set up with her 'shady' associates to use it for housing purposes of her coyote ring. The managers and property management company needs to be reported to the AG office as these event continue to go on. Things only happen once there is enough complaints. Even if it's hundreds until there is valid proof finally.

So you people should do something to stand up for yourselves. If you get any ideas for some group lawsuit too, make sure you don't go around blabbing it. Good luck.
