I have lived on van buren and it didnt even come close to the atrociousness of la mirada. I have flooded 4 times. upon asking around I have found out thru numerous residents that this is a common problem. So are cockroaches and electrical problems. The office staff could care less. I havent had a working kitchen range for 6 months and they refuse to fix it. Basically the apt complex doesnt give a crap about their residents. My rent is 642.00 last time I paid rent it magically increased. . DO YOUR SELF AND CHILDREN IF YOU HAVE THEM AND DONT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE. IT IS A ROACH INFESTED DRUG INFESTED VERY NOISY APT COMPLEX. FURTHERMORE THEY HAVE ENOUGHT VIOLATIONS JUST IN LIGHTING AND EVERYTHING ELSE AROUND THE COMPLEX TO GET FINED BY THE STATE. AND B4 I FINISH....IF YOU LIKE BEING A RECLUSE GOOD....IF NOT AND YOU LIKE HAVING FRIENDS OVER...FORGET IT...WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE LIVING AT LA MIRADA THAN ARE ON THE LEASES.....MAKING GUEST PARKING LIMITED TO THE SIDE OF THE STREETS.
