I have loud neighbors, the parking sucks, the walls are then, the structure is old and beat up. The management is crap. I honestly dont have to anything good to say about it. Plus they went up on rent for the same crappy apartments. I cant wait to leave.

i have lived in the apartment for 10months now and my bilding is quite but others are really load lots of partys in some buildings the matness sucks they never fix anything they just break it even more and the water is always being turned off because a pipe always blows like the people lived there for 2months a moved out because a pipe blow in there livingroom and flooded the place and theres a water pipe under my floor that blow and they wont let me move or take anything off my rent thank god my lease is up soon i would say if you dont mind cheap and dury then be my gest and live here but you dont like that then dont even come and look at the place....

Not that the points of this poster are invalid, however, it would be taken more seriously if the person could spell and use proper grammar. Yikes... I have lived here a week and the a/c is already out. It took them 5 days to fix the items on my move-in inspection. What was so funny, was that they wouldn't give me my mail key until I completed the move-in inspection. I am in a bad financial place right now or I would not have lived here. You get what you pay for. I'll have to deal with it for a while. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to live in a nice environment. Obnoxious children, bad parents and people playing their music loud.
