I made a complaint to the office staff about residents living around my unit that let their quite large dogs defacate regularly without cleaning up after them. Their only response was to put the tiniest item in the community newsletter to effect that residents will be fined if observed failing to scoop the poop. Fat chance of that happening since they never come back where we live and there isn't a staff member living in the back of the complex where we are. So everyday, me and my family are assaulted with the nastiest stench because the management can't or won't enforce what would seem the most basic of rules, "Clean up after your pets"
