La Palma Apartments

Awful, Terrible, Nightmare From: penwater1 Date posted: 1/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The old managment was bad, the new managment is even worse. It took them two months to fix my dishwasher and three to repair my toilet. The grounds are unsanitary do to low income families that don't give a rats behind and leave trash and poop everywhere. Not to mention the office staff is rude and degrating. I can't wait to leave.
