From: happyagain6 Date posted: 8/24/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   The new Management Co. that will be taking over here at La Palma has Managed sevral other complexes I haved lived in and let me tell ya I have not been disappointed my requests to have repairs done on my apartment have always been done in very timely manner and the overall look of the community has been exceptional and I am very happy to see them coming here.
