This place is one of the worst places I have ever lived. The mailboxes have been broken into twice. The parking is horrible, the neighbors are loud and inconsiderate, the management is no help in solving problems with neighbors, they have lots of rules but they are not enforced, there are dogs everywhere, they allow people with big dogs on the top floor and the owners let their dogs poop any and everywhere. They hire anyone off the street to work on the property which feel unsafe...there are two staff members that made me feel unsafe and annoyed me with constant pick up lines despite the fact that I live with a mate and they see him. They are doing a lot of property cosmetic work but unconcerned about making the apartments better. The carpets are old and tearing up, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on outside your apartment and hear everything above you and below you. Get this you can sit and have a quite bath because you can hear your neighbor running their water and that sound is loud...it echoes through the walls because of poor insulation. The apartments are not insulated well enough...on a cool day you can see the patio blinds waving from the air getting into the apartment.
