The worst place to live. Would never recommend it! First of all very bad lay out of apartments, apartments are very dirty. I had to clean everything to be sure that it is all sanitized. Mold, dead bugs and bugs excrement everywhere! All sorts of health code violation, everything is so old and nasty. Carpet was awful, I am sure the apartment wasn€™t even cleaned after last resident before we moved in. Spent there 7 months, nothing was fixed. Water heather was leaking it took them 3 weeks to fix it. People above had their water heater leaking on us, we had to complain for a week to have it fixed. Always noise, you can complain about it as much as you like nothing will change. Loud music all night long on a working week. Every rain water seeped to our apartment through the kitchen wall. No lights outside almost all the time. Didn€™t feel safe. The majority of the tenants are low income and have no respect for other people's property. Nightmares aren€™t that bad.
As for management, very bad. If they spent money to remodel apartments as much as they spend on their office and outside to lure people they would€™ve been very disant place.
Nightmare with parking! Parking spots that are assigned tend to be far from the apartment assigned to.. And it would be a good day if you€™ll be able to park there.
