I really wanted to post a more positive review than the last one but that's not going to happen. I was so ready to bail from this place as soon as my lease was up and even went to the office 2 months ahead of time to let them know my intent to leave but I was suckered agian!! Under new management please give us a chance and so I thought why not so I did and know I'm stuck here till april and of course nothing has changed except management. Needless to say I will be gone from this place new management or not!

I saw a couple inside an apartment who were looking at it and I just wanted to ask them, "Do you really want to live in a place for a year and have to deal with 4 speed bumps just entering?"

I totally agree with this one! I moved in June of 07 and I HATE THIS PLACE.....some jerk off literally stripped my daughter's bike that was on our balcony and left just the frame, my neighbors are filthy gross dirty pigs and have so much trash on the "shared" balcony that it is a fire hazard! I have complained about so much here and they don't do a dang thing about it! But don't be one day late on your rent because they are quick to tack on them extra charges and even put a notice on your door like if your weeks late! Always quick to take my money but never quick to do anything else at all what-so-ever! And unfortunately I signed another 6 month lease because I was strapped for cash at that time and they bugged me to sign another lease, well like I said, had I been able to, I would have gotten the heck outta there without thinking twice! My lease is now up in January and I CAN'T WAIT TO GET THE HECK OUT OF LA PALMA!!!! DON'T BE STUPID DON'T RENT HERE!

Ha I fell for the same trick. They're good. At least we got a sizable discount of the rent. You know what annoys me (besides the usual listed above) is the NOW LEASING sign out front. I've complained multiple times that you can't see past it when your driving out but they don't care. They just keep pushing it closer and closer to the street so you can't see around it to make left-hand turns, like that is going to help. I think word is getting out to avoid at all cost. I wonder what's going to happen with the new apartments being built next door. That's not going to be good for business.
