Not great, not bad either From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004 1 response   I'm a fairly new resident. The apartments are nice, though the interior design of the bathrooms leaves a lot to be desired - NO COUNTER SPACE. Closet space is too small except in the largest 2 bedrooms. Fairly quiet, though with loud, thumpy neighbors you can hear them walking around! Also a lot of noisy dogs in the complex as well as smokers who rudely throw their butts wherever they want to - no respect. Some vandalism (off your ground floor patios and the mailbox area). Not too much guest parking either. Big beware...Convergent is the "selected" cable company (not Cox). Convergent is awful (expensive for the number of channels you get, lots of service problems). You can only have satellite if you live in an apartment or patio that faces south so beware if you get an apartment that faces north. Maintenance is pretty ok, though its hit or miss. This complex is still fairly new and they haven't quite found their rhythm yet! Office staff is pretty nice and the manager Heather is great!
