New Management - DON'T RENT HERE ANYMORE!

I've lived here about 1 1/2 years. This place used to be really nice, good value, really decent management. That is no more.
A new, rich, eccentric idiot with too much money bought the place and replaced the management with Dunlop & Magee who only have experience in running low rent places in bad parts of town.
That is how they are now running the place. The complex was painted horrendous colors, landscaping is not being taken care of. All the nice perks you enjoyed while living here before have now been taken away. The new management makes major policy changes (never for the benefit of renters - just themselves) that are effective immediately OR they never even tell you about them at all! Communication between management and renters is NIL.
Rents here have become way too high for the quality you get and management is just lousy. Do yourself a favor and DON'T RENT HERE!

I agree whole heartedly with this review. I've lived there for over 2 yrs before the new management took it over. The exterior paint makes the complex look like a carnival fun house. There is no incentive for people looking for long term apt housing being they are only doing 6 mth leases. Previously there were no charges for water but when I went to resign a new lease the raise the rent over 30% and are charging for water. They used to be a nice place to live but I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to stay away from this complex.
