I'd keep looking for a new apt

This place use to be a nice place to live until the new management took it over. Unless you like living in a complex that looks like a carnival fun house keep looking for a new complex. The water is shut off every two to three months with no compensation in rent. The apts are nice on the inside but thats as far as it goes. Don't even try to sign a 1yr lease - they only do 6mth terms. Of course they raise your rent at the end of each term with no incentive to stay. Talking to management is like talking to a wall. They are a definately a pain in the ass to deal with.

I share the same concerns. I don't believe the Managment here is educated in this field. Their communication is very poor.

I just got my letter to renew my lease and going month to month is almost 200 more than what I am paying already! These people are completely out of their minds. I don't know what possessed this new owner to buy a complex that was perfect to screw it so bad into the ground that nobody is renewing their leases when they were once happy with the way it was. I'm pretty sad that a perfectly nice place is now a dump and that the new management couldn't be trusted with anything let alone customer satisfaction.
