First, I have to tip my hat to the review that described the looks of the apartment as a carnival fun house. How true. They have a bunch of clowns running the place and the only thing missing is the bit top. If you have an extra $800-$900 per month burning a hole in your pocket, sign a lease. I can assure you that it will be worth the entertainment value the first time you try to engage in a conversation with the management. My money says that in 20 min., you will be at the tavern trying to comprehend what their malfunction is.
