I see a lot of reviews that say this complex is unlivable but the only reasons I can see are the rent has increased, and the colors of the buildings. Also everyone says that management is horrible, but no one gives situations or actions of the management that makes them horrible. Can some of you give me specific reasons that management is horrible? I am thinking of renting here because I liked the complex. Help me make an informed decision!!

Hi sdf1sdf1, My husband and I just moved in here about a month ago, so take that as you will. :) We like it quite well. Our 2 biggest complaints so far: the speed of the cable internet (too many people on the same node, we think. We've switched to DSL through Qwest, and now have no complaints.) And, yes, they do seem to be running the sprinklers just a little to much lately.

The problems with the management are as follows. 1) The manager makes poor decisions & many typographical errors when sending out letters. 2) The staff... whom I did read the owner considers some of them to be temporary. That is probably the first problem. 3)If there is no stability with any staff there will be miscommunication & stress that will reflect out to us as residents. 4) I am also not sure how they can still consider themselves to be new management. Because they have been running the place since June 2005. (or trying to) 5) My suggestion to you (staff) would be to focus on what is really important. Residents!! Not Palm trees
