From the office Staff From: LaSerenaStaff Date posted: 12/8/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 1 response   Where do we begin' We value everyones opinion and are constantly cleaning up the issues from the previous management. We have replaced all the Palm trees in the front with newer and better landscaping. As far as the comments on the office staff there were temporary employees at the time of the transition but we now have a team that is here to stay and are working on making the community a better place to live. The most complaints are about the new colors. We have received several compliments on the colors and have brought in several new tenants because of the new look. The speed bumps were put in to slow down the speed racers in the complex for safety reasons. We brought up the rent to market as do every apartment complex. WE ARE NOT GOING CONDO!! We do welcome any comments in the office and rectify any issues at the time they are brought to our attention. We do take all opionions seriously and it is our long term goal to make everyone happy and comfortable in their home. The Staff at La Serena at Toscana
