Tuscany Cove used to be a good place to live, very nice and well located. The new owner/management however has allowed the complex to deteriorate. The grounds are now littered with garbage and the apartments have been painted an ugly yellow and orange. Vagrants frequently enter the property and cause disturbances. The lease renewal contract offered is $300 more then when I became a resident two years ago. The management says the complex is trying to make improvements, but they dont seem to be trying very hard. I will not be renewing my lease and I would not recommend the complex to anyone.
