Upon the arrival of new management, this complex has become a joke. I recently moved out and am so relieved! I've lived in several apartments and this staff is truly the worst to deal with. Don't believe the posted message from them on this website. They could care less and the evidence is in their lack of follow up, the rolloing of the eyes, the defensiveness, etc. Big deal they painted and planted palm trees in the front, their tenants are miserable! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

Oh, and beware of the charges they will try to stick you with when you move out. Especially those of you who are still under the previous management's lease. You can't charge me for normal wear and tear - read the lease! And you can't charge me for not professionally steam cleaning the carpet when you never advised me to do it in the first place!
