I have friends who live at La Serena at Toscana and I'll be moving there in 2 short weeks.
If you're unhappy ..MOVE! quit your crying and get the @^%^# out. If you can't afford the rent move to South Phoenix.
I dont mind paying high rent..you get what you pay for.
Soon to be happy resident.
PS The place looks great to me and the office people are great.

Ya, they're wonderful until you sign a lease and have an issue. I've been personally lied to not only by the office management, but also by the head office at Dunlap & Magee over issues I was having. You'll see soon enough. BTW, you're the reason these greedy parasite property owners get away with draining the renting public of every last penny. We can only hope that some day you'll have to live in a box below a freeway overpass because, even you stud, can't "afford it". |
