First of all AZStud - good luck with living here. A majority of people cannot be wrong. And until you've lived here and experienced the new management - I'd be quiet. You have no experience to draw from. I know of many neighbors who are as unhappy here NOW as I am.

I've lived here almost 2 years and the new management is HORRIBLE. Rude, incompetent, you name it. The landscaping is crap. They have planted every palm tree known to man. It's riduculous. The other little ugly plants they've planted are put in crooked, the landscapers never put the dirt or rocks back nicely, they leave dirt and rocks all over the sidewalks. Then they don't even water the plants, so they end of dying. Hello' Did you guys hire the worst landscaping company ever'

This management company came from South Phoenix and run it like they're still there. Any decent feature that you were used to having before Dunlap and Magee, well there are gone.

I have experienced theft in this community and management could care less.

Don't rent here unless you like misery.
