I lived here for 2 years now. I have had nothing but great service from maintenance and the office staff. The speed bumps do not bother me. if you speed through the complex then they might bother you. The price is affordable. you get what you pay for. I would rather pay a little more and get quality product, then pay less and live in the projects. I have actually just signed another lease for 6 months an plan on living her for a long time.
