The apartments look nice initially. The apartment I ended up in was dirty and had animal hair everywhere. My babys bedroom had broken glass in the carpet and when I told management they shrugged it off. The staff is quit rude and completely incompetent. The parking sucks if you ever have guests over. Other than that I'm happy. Not much left to be happy about but I'm barely ever there either. The rent is super high and that sucks but there are bigger issues to tackle than that. Landscaping needs worked on and the onsite security they say they have is just a local college student with no security training. To azstud, since you haven't lived their yet. Shut up. If you live their now and accept their standards, you have low standards and probably haven't expierienced the real world. To pay almost a thousand dollars a month for the crap you get if f***ing rediculous. Last note, the oustide looks like a fiesta threw up on it.
