The new management leaves much to be desired, some of the amenities which i enjoyed were removed like concierge and business lounge replaced with (tanning booth) that never works...Yes they water quite a bit and lawn people start at 6am argggh!!! But my greatest issue after 2 years here is that they never clean above the first level and there are tenants who leave bags of trash outside the doors for several days which is most unplesant in the summer and to further aggrevate the complex next door has been under construction for over a year and the hammerring starts promptly at 6am every morning. As if there were not already a million speed bumps, they added speed bumps between every speed bump! New management is not very polite and quite disorganized and you get a different answer from everyone in the office no one knows anything. And the rent has increased twice in two years you would think that with as many empty apartments as there are in the complex there would be some gratitude for those choosing to renew thier lease not a Thank You increase! I would have stayed at Tuscany Cove for a while but am choosing not to renew with La Serena, as I have had no Serenity since they took over.

It seems that people are just NEVER happy. If you don't like where you live---MOVE! It's funny how most of the postings on this site are negative. What about the other 300 or so people who live in the complex and don't complain. Be thankful you have a place to live and stop complaining.
