Never lived there when it was Tuscany Cove, but Im EXTREMELY dissapointed with the way things are now. The first 4 days after moving in I never had a parking spot. People kept taking mine, and I would be forced to take someone else's, which in turn they would leave a nasty note on my car, or threaten to get it towed(even though everyone apparently use to tow everyone, so they won't do it AT ALL NOW, unless you are in handicap or blocking a fire lane), or even vandalize it. I pay $100 dollars for a garage(even in Scottsdale they are no more than $60-$80 tops!), just to have a parking spot... the garage isn't even anywhere close to my APT. I have had non-stop roaches, spiders, stink bugs, crickets, etc etc. F****** terrible! It was really fun when I lifted my bag of bread from the counter to make a sandwhich and a giant roach ran from underneath it, or having 40 dead crickets in all the light fixtures. The third floor bathroom flooded and put about an inch of water in the master bedroom. We requested a new unit(for fear of mold etc) and were told we haven't forfilled our lease and couldn't, f***** bs. I don't put the blame on the office staff, i put it on the owners and managers. The couple of office people(audry' sp') I have personally dealt with, have been great and understanding. I just don't think there's much they can do. My car's window was broken one night when i managed to find a parking spot outside. Good times. I think some of the people in the complex aren't necassarily who you would want as a neighbor, and make you question if you would trust them. But, many , including a couple i have, are good people. Rent seems to be higher than it was originally suppose to be, go figure. I haven't visited any of the facilities yet, so no info there. Im really not happy with the place, and I will be gone at the end of my lease.

In summary, if you like terrible parking, bad management, vandalism, rising rent, bugs bugs and more bugs, expensive garages, and mediocre apartments, this is the place for you. If you have any questions reply to this post, as I will try to be as honest and informational as possible, in hopes nobody else makes the decision I did.
