The Pros:
- The apartments themselves, inside and out, are gorgeous.
- The floor plans work with any lifestyle, and are obviously planned out. In some apartments, you wonder, "who's bright idea was it to put the Arcadia door THERE'!" or "what kind of couch do they expect us to fit in this room'" But here, the layout is obviously carefully planned out, and decently spacious.
- The pool by the office is always well-kept and sparkling.

The Cons:
- PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE. When my husband and I go out in the evening, we decide which car we're going to take based on which one is already in our assigned spot, because we know that there is a large chance that we won't have a spot (other than our assigned one) when we get back. Also, there is always a slim chance that our own assigned one won't be available either, due to our neighbor's constant partying. (They are very young and they don't tell their friends to use the uncovered spots.)
- Maintenance is an iffy issue. We like the maintenance men, however some of them complain, for all to hear, a little too often.
- Our upstairs neighbor's window leaked during the last monsoon season, and you can see the bubble from that storm between the paint and the wall in our apartment. We notified the office of this, worried about mold, and they did nothing.
- The pool in the back of the complex is always a dirty greenish brown. If we want to swim, we have to walk all the way to the pool by the office if we want to swim in a nice pool.
- There are way too many inspections. One day they came to do the inspection while my husband was at work, and I was uncomfortable with having 3 strange men in my apartment when I was home alone. They demanded to come inside and wouldn't take no for an answer, which scared me even more. My nerves were shot for the rest of the day.
- 6 month leases = more opportunities to raise rent!
- For nearly a year, we had very noisy neighbors upstairs. They had children who screamed and ran around at all hours of the night, the husband was physically and verbally abusive, etc. Absolutely nothing was done about this, despite our many complaints. Not only that, but we got slapped with a retaliatory complaint. We knocked on the ceiling with a broom when nothing was done about our noise complaints... and got in "trouble" for it.
- They have some very dishonest staff... within the first few months of living here, all of the staff we knew was gone - for stealing money and other items from the apartment complex!
- The people who mow the lawns and everything come at 8am to do it - and it always seems to be on our day off!

That's enough for now I think.

My husband and I are moving in 1 month when our house is finished. We are counting down the days!

It was like this when I lived there a year ago, and I lived there a year and a half total. The staff is ridiculous. My apartment was burglarized hard core when I lived there last August, and it happened while my roommate and I were home. For some strange reason the security guard never showed his face yet according to the manager he was there all night. Then another staff member said he happened to be off that night, and that they keep log books of these things. When I asked to see it the manager would NEVER return my phone calls....kinda strange huh?? They let me out of my lease no charge for fear of a lawsuit I believe. One of my neighbor's dell lap tops he ordered as a birthday present for his wife was stolen from the office too. It was signed for by an office employee but nowhere to be found...yeah that place is too untrustworthy for my tastes!!
