Think 5 star price, 3 star service....

I dont think its worth the almost $900 I pay in rent. They make it seem like they have all kinds of cool stuff going on but its not really that great. The parking situation is stupid, you need a parking pass even for un-covered spots so if you have visitors you better plan on making them park 2 miles away in the visitors parking (forget letting them park in YOUR coved spot though, even if they have permission from "YOU, THE OWNER" they will be towed). The staff is incredibly rude, I'd rather go to the DMV than deal with those witches! The walls are pretty thin, you can hear people talking from the apt above you.

The good things would be that I have never seen one roach or spider in my apt., never had my apt or car broke into, The complex is pretty quite, only maint. issue Ive had in 2yrs has been the dishwasher and it was fixed the next day. For the area its in I don't think its a bad choice, just try to get a good deal cause they will make you overpay!

I loved living here at La Serena at Toscana. I lived here for two years and NEVER had a problem. The staff is very accomadating to any request. People need to keep in mind that there is only so much they can do.

hahaha thats probably the she ----- in the office writing that. she really is a horrible horrible woman. just cold hearted and mean. ah and lazy, she acts as if shes the goddamn president or something. oh & ps. you look like a painted indian with all of that makeup && aquanet.
