Pros but some big cons

Pros:
Our apartment is beautiful! The layout is very well planned.
There is more closet space than I know what to do with!
You have got to love the HUGE laundry room (great for storage since there is no other storage closet)
The staff has always been very helpful (with the exception of one woman who will NEVER give you the right info)
I have never heard a peep of a TV or voices from any of the neighbors. But (this is our own fault) if you keep the windows open the traffic noise and everything else is enough to keep you awake!
Cons:
Parking is a nightmare!!! It is not so bad right now because we only have one car. But even then people will park in our covered spot. And good luck trying to get them towed. I called the tow company and they need to have the request from the management, who at night, are impossible to get ahold of and never return your calls. Plus there is all of 5 parking spots that are in the very front of the property for visitors and 5 in the very back.
When we first moved in we had to go into the office everyday the first week with things that were not right with our apartment. And when the maintenance came to fix it, one of the things they fixed was not the one we told them about. Also, they "fixed" something, next day we had the same problem again.
When we sit out on our balcony we get attacked by birds. Also, you can hear them all hours of the day and night right outside your windows
