01/02/08...Grant it, I have only lived here since end of September, however, I have had nothing but great experiences, from this apartment location. My apartment has never had any bug problems, I have never had any problems with getting my assigned parking place, nor have I ever had any parblems with maintenance, or loud music. So far this apartment complaex has been great. The only problem I have ever had, was with APS. APS billed me for the previous tenants electric bill, and threatened to shut me off, if I did not pay it by the next day. however, the complex bent over backwards to attempt to straighten out the situation with APS, with me. I ended up paying the bill, to protect my credit, but that was not the complex management's error. This management company has been extremley nice, and coroperative with everything!!!! I am extramley happy here, and have had absolutley no problems at all. I woud syrongly recommend this complex.

By the looks of your email you work for convergent broadband who provides internet/cable to the majority of La Serena tenants... Interesting review...

I HATED Convergent 'Broadband'. The speed was nowhere NEAR what I currently have with Cox. We were lucky when it was a bit better than dial up. Since I have had cable internet, Convergent was by FAR the worst I ever had.
I think (but have no way to prove) they had WAY to many apartments on the node...
The fact that they are exclusive to Convergent is one of the reasons we left.

Did La Serena pay you to write this? You know just because you work for Convergant (the only cable provider for La Craphole)doesn't mean you have to lie about what it's really like to live in La Craphole

Just for everyone's information...NO, I do not work for Convergent Broadband, nor do I work for La Serena, and no I was not paid to write this.I'm sorry that evryone seems to feel the way they do. However, just because you have had bad experiences does not mean that everyone HAS TO FEEL the same way as do. I have lived in some real CRAP HOLES, in my life, with saome real theft issues, problems with Black Widows, etc. I have not had any problems with this complex, nor have my neighbors, whom have all lived here for 2-3 years. Not everyone experiences problems with apartment complexs. I feel that the family who was inconvienced, right before Christmas, was truely given a raw deal and should presue the issue further. But don't assume that people are paid to say these things, or work for a contractor involved with this complex, just because they have not experienced the same bad issue, as you. I think your being extremley judgemental on those individuals who feel differently than you. Sorry, you feel that way.

She's right. If you don't like it spend a bit more and move somewhere in scottsdale. you seem like the type of people who need someone else to wipe your ass.

if most would do a little more research, Cox Communications - most people's favorite cable provider - lost their bid to even carry their services in apartment complexes - at least with this complex. I tried to transfer my service when i moved to this complex, and that is what the Cox rep told me. and for the record.. been here a year now.. and no problems... as of yet
