It's Not So Bad

My wife and I lived there from Sept. 2006, to April 2007. We absolutely loved it. The management was always nice and helpful, maintance always nice and helpful, although we never had ANY problems whatsoever, they'd just smile and wave as we drove through. Nice neighbors, friendly people all around. There were some other buildings that had routy people, but stop crying about it people, you're going to have that no matter where you go. Get over it.
And don't just start trash talking an apartment and telling people to reconsider because YOU had a bad experience. Express your opinion, but just because you had a bad experience doesn't mean everyone did, and it doesn't mean you should down talk places.
So anywho, we had 1 problem with out parking spot, but it was resolved rather quickly. And my wife, 8 month old son now and I are actually going to be moving back there when I lease is up. We hate the apartments we're in now. They're Serena Shores out in Gilbert. Not so much the complex, but we don't really like our apartment as much as we thought we did, and well, we don't like being in Gilbert.
But that's my review on La Serena. They're definitly worth your while in my opinion. You're going to have bad experiences no matter where you go. Just get over it.

Just like you are entitled to your opinion, so are other renters. Glad your experience was a good one, but people like me have lived here a lot longer and have seen both good AND bad. Sometimes a lot of bad. This website was created to help people know what they might be getting in to and that means people need to share info honestly. Your constant mantra of "get over it" is overkill. I'm gonna try and "get over" your spelling mistakes.

I am the person who wrote the review about our apartment flooding (1/3/08) and the horrible response we got from management. I understand that you had no problems at La Serena, but my husband and I did. With that said, it was not the apartments fault that the pipe burst, but it was indeed the managements fault for the way they reacted to the situation.
You stated that we should stop trash talking the place. I want to clarify that, I was telling the TRUTH. I would hope that people can see from my situation that if something were to happen to them that they should expect to be treated poorly in the situation and expect to have little to no results in fixing the situation from the management.
SO, just like you are entitled to your positive opinion on the management and negative opinion on people voicing the truth, so is everyone else. Thanks.

Since you had a bad experience everyone else can expect a bad experience? This is your statement, and I quote, "I would hope that people can see from my situation that if something were to happen to them that they should expect to be treated poorly in the situation and expect to have little to no results in fixing the situation from the management." When should everyone expect to get treated poorly just because you were? Next time ask your mom if it's ok to be on the computer before you do it kiddo. We're all entitled to our own opinions, but you need to learn how to express an opinion. Telling everyone to expect to be treated poorly just because you were is not an opinion. Back to school kids. And to whoever wrote the first response, you can't trash talk what someone says, like "azguard" who said "get over it" twice and try to say it's a constant "mantra." Wow, you really looked pathetic saying that. Take care people!
