I came to this apt complex to get info on a 1 bedroom on the 3rd level. Can anyone share any info on living here. As anyone had problems with there apartment' I was showed the model; however we all know that the model is never like the apartment you will actually live in...What about parking....Any comments would be helpful.
thanks

Well you can just read everyone's reviews. But actually, the models (minus furniture) are the way your apartment will look, when my wife and I went there for the first time we just went and looked at the one we were going to rent, then later they showed us the model, (they were cleaning ours and my wife wanted to see it again). They looked exactly the same. We loved those apartments and we're actually going to be moving back there in a couple months. Parking was good for us, only once in 7 months did someone park in our spot, but usually for guests or anything it's not too bad finding uncovered spots. We have great neighbors around us, no crazy parties, disturbing noises or anything, excellent management also. This was a year ago we lived there, but we recently went back to look into the 2 bedrooms, and we still got the same awsome vibe from there.

Other than the parking I love this place. The parking is almost always completely full after 10Pm covered or non covered. For someone like me that works second shift it tends to be a problem but so far I have always been able to find a spot (usually in visitor parking at the front of the property but still a spot)
Me and my roommate moved in four months ago and we have had a positive experience except for one exception. when we first moved in we had a problem with running out of hot water to quick which they responded to quickly but they didnt actually fix it although the guy that was here said it was fixed. Needless to say we called back to report it still being a problem about a week later and when the guy that actually fixed it got done he said the coil was encased in deposits and that the first guy that came out should have caught it. So we actually lived with basically 5 minute showers for the first month and a half we were here but since have had no trouble at all. So basically the maintenance is hit or miss depending on which guy comes out.
The property is well maintained and beautiful. The pool is not heated though which makes it obsolete in the winter and the back pool is actually closed in the winter. The gym is ok although they could probably use a little more variety.
Neighbors are really quite and friendly. The only thing is everything seems to echo like your in a canyon between the buildings so you can here everything people are saying even when they are in there home if there window is open, its kinda of ridiculous that it echos so much I have never seen it on any other property I have lived in. For some people it might be too quite because almost everyone around here seems to love the quiteness and will complain quickly about the smallest noise i.e. talking on your phone in a normal tone while walking through the property seems to be rude to some of the neighbors around here and they will complain to the office or to you directly.

The back pool is closed because they don't want to pony up the dough to buy new 'auto' gate closers ($150 each). The gates were opened continuously for 2 months until they got too many complaints (children being able to walk in unsupervised) and decided to lock them. This was out of a maintenance guy???s mouth, not my assumption.
