This is probably one of the nicest places I have rented since moving to Phoenix.
My roommate and I moved in about 4 months ago and have had a wonderful experience except the parking is horrible. They state when you move in that uncovered parking is for permit only unless marked visitor parking but visitors always park in "permit only" areas and security wont enforce it because it doesnt state that they cant park there in the lease. You get assigned one covered spot so if you have two cars and get home past 9pm you will probably get good exercise because you will be parking pretty far from your apartment.
Only real issue we had is when we moved in the hot water tank was in need of repair and for the first couple of weeks we thought it might just be normal but finally decided that we would call anyway, the guy came out and said it was fine so we figured we would have to learn to live with it but about a month later our hot water never recovered so we called them again, when the second guy came out he said the heating coil was shot and it had to be replaced, so we basically lived with 5 min showers for the first month and a half because the first guy didnt do his job. So maintenance is hit or miss depending on the guy that comes.
The property is very quite all things considered. The only issue here is that everything echoes ridiculosly between the buildings and you can even here people on the phone in there house having a normal conversation if there window is open, so people complain about noise over stupid things liking having a normal conversation on your cell phone while walking through the property.
So all in all its great. You rarely here any noise around here after 8pm which is really good when you have a baby. Learn to like walking at night and you will have no issues. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

What kind of crapholes were you living in before to make this the nicest place? You need a new tour guide for Phoenix.
